This completely renovated third/top floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property, in the Club building closest to our white sand beach. Because of its central location, #148 is also a short walk to the tennis courts, fitness center, pool and charcoal grills. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a 65" TV, and the guest bedroom has two full-size beds and a 43" TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination, both with grab bars. The living room is equipped with a large 65" wall mounted, flat screen HDTV and a Bluetooth Bose speaker so you can listen to your favorite tunes. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig machine, and even a wine refrigerator. The owner has provided a beach cart for ease in transporting your beach gear, as well as a rolling cooler that will keep your beverages ice cold. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The screened-in patio allows you to enjoy our beautiful tropical breezes while you sip your morning coffee, and the washers/dryers are located just downstairs in this building. The free, public trolley on Siesta Key, which travels back and forth between Siesta Village and Turtle Beach, has a stop near Palm Bay Club's front entrance. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two-bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people.

Cancellation Policy

A $200.00 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations cancelled. If reservations are cancelled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival, the funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled within 30 days of arrival date the funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. Adding additional days are subject to availability. Changes: No changes may be made within 90 days of arrival. If reservations are cancelled the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be forfeited. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply. All extensions are subject to availability. *In the event of a hurricane; Only under mandatory evacuations, funds are fully refundable. We highly recommend Trip Insurance. *

Booking Policy

Guest Requirements: Minimum rental age requirements for the responsible party is twenty-five (25) years of age. The responsible party must be present at the time of check-in and present in the unit throughout the duration of the stay. Must provide proper proof of age by way of a valid Driver's License or valid Passport and a valid credit card in their name. Must have signed Glad to Have You Contract on file in order to retain reservation. Resort Requirements: There is a 3 night minimum stay. Rates are listed per night. Please add a onetime departure cleaning charge of $125.00 +tax (1 bedroom), $145.00 +tax (2 bedroom) OR $175.00 +tax (3 bedroom) to the above rates and a onetime 5.00 +tax Resort fee per reservation. A one bedroom can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons, a two bedroom a maximum of 6 persons and a three bedroom a maximum of 8 persons. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A 25% down payment is due at time of booking. A second down payment in the amount equal to 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival date. Remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date it is due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Security is available after hours for late arrivals and emergencies. The full remaining balance is due upon 30 days PRIOR to arrival. Once paid, there are no refunds for early departures. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Personal Checks are not accepted. Check-in time is subject to change during peak seasons. General Policies: Pets are not permitted on property. Please contact the Front Office regarding required documentation for Service Animals. . Rates are subject to change at any time. Each unit is allowed parking for one vehicle only. Parking passes are issued at the time of check-in. Visitor parking may be available and guests must register with Front Desk. Visitor Passes are NOT available during Spring Break Weeks and Holiday Weeks. Towing is strictly enforced. Boats, Jet Skis, Motor Homes, Trailers, Motorcycles, Scooters, Golf Carts and Commercial Vehicles are not allowed to be parked in the Palm Bay Club parking lots. Heavy remodeling in units will not be allowed during season or any Holiday, Saturday, or Sunday. This work is not to start before two weeks after Easter or before May 1st, whichever is later.
