Altez Vacations is an acting third party listing service, who has received the explicit permission from the Property Owner to publicly list and sign into transient rental agreements on behalf of the Property Owner. **Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at time of booking. Cancellation Policy Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 45 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
