Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner. **Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%. Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
